Next week our books will travel with us to the 2009 Thessaloniki International Book Fair. As we place them side by side, creating an imaginary roll of film, (just the literary fiction, for academic publications we would need another roll), we feel them as our dear friends, the way they have become your friends as well –since you are the ones who have made it possible for us to keep going and increase our circle of friends, two years after we officially announced the creation of our publishing house at the 2007 Thessaloniki Book Fair. And you will slowly realise that this short film has already become lengthy, that it has main characters, a thick plot, a style that shifts frame by frame (or book by book), a meaning, a raison d’ être, even irony and humour that can cheer us up in these difficult times. So, we hope you agree that it is an enjoyable film. Even a gripping one. And it seems that it will last for a long time. Happy birthday to us!
