Born in Thessaloniki in 1971, he studied French Literature at the University of Thessaloniki and in Paris. He also has a Master's degree in sociolinguistics. In 2005 he graduated from AKTO faculty of design (section: Sketch-Comics-Cartoon).
His works include: The drummer and his friends (Vivliopelagos ed., 2008), Pararlama and other stories of Demosthenes Voutyras (script Dimitris Vanellis, Topos ed., 2011), The Corpse (script Tasos Zafiriades-Yannis Palavos, Jemma Press ed., 2011, published in French as Le Croque-Mort, Steinkis ed, 2015, translated by Jean-Louis Boutefeu), Yousouri and others fantasy stories, based on short stories by Cavafy, Caryotakis, Papadiamantis and others (script Dimitris Vanellis, Topos ed. – awarded Best Greek Comic Book 2012 in the Comicdom con Athens 2013), Actors (a collection of portraits, Cartoonark ed., 2013, praise in the Greek Illustration Awards), The Junkie’s Holly Week (script Dimitris Vanellis, based on a short story by M. Karagatsis, Topos ed. 2015), In the Battle of Marathon (script Katerina Servi, Patakis ed. 2015).
