Giotis Alexandros |
Alexandros Giotis (1953-2011) was born in Toulouse, France. His distinguished career spanned from producing for French television and radio and writing for Greek and foreign magazines to consulting and working as head chef for a number of restaurants in Greece and abroad. Since 1999, he worked as professor of Cooking History and Nutrition at the Le Monde school, while he took part in television programs on gastronomy.
